Disaster in Arkansas

Life in America is not always easy.  Yesterday morning people out enjoying the outdoors of wonderful America, Arkansas were swept away by a devastating rain.  As night fell the rains began and people camped on the Little Missouri River - enjoying life - went to bed in their cabins, campers and tents.

By about 2:30 a.m.  the waters began to rise and from that time until about 5 a.m. the water rose from about 3 feet to about 23 feet and a wall of water swept everything away.

At least 16 are dead and many others missing.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people involved along with their families and friends.
