So enough of the facts.  These suckers are just darn good.   I have trouble deciding whether I like the Cinnamon Pecan Bread or the Banana Nut Bread.  But when the day is done, I believe that the favorite of mine is the Cinnamon Pecan Bread.  I love pecans and that gives me the flavor and the crunch that I want.   This bar is so good that I am going to suggest that my wife and daughter both try this out.  It might be something that fits their diet well also.
